Problem :

The main challenge was increasing adoption and consumption of Cloud solutions among existing customers—driving upsell opportunities.

Solution :

To support this goal, we created and applied a heuristic evaluation program based on Google’s own experience principles and service ecosystem. This helped identify improvement opportunities in each client’s user experience—mapped by industry segment such as Retail, Banking, Healthcare, and more.


Challenge :

Each heuristic measured how prepared a brand was to deliver next-level user experiences. For example: on a scale from 0 to 5, how well Carrefour enables users to find products in its marketplace using image recognition via the device’s camera. On average, we evaluated around 50 heuristics per project across different channels: App, Mobile Web, and Desktop Web.

We mapped a variety of players across each segment, including major global brands using Google Cloud—such as LEGO, Adidas, Ray-Ban, and many others.

Result :

The final output acted as a mirror, showing how ready each brand was to meet users’ increasingly high expectations. It also offered a benchmark—without naming competitors directly—revealing how well their digital sales channels performed compared to the rest of the market.
