Problem :

The legacy processes used to transfer large sums of money were becoming increasingly outdated. These workflows not only created friction for users but also introduced potential risks and operational inefficiencies. Goldman Sachs needed a more modern, secure, and intuitive solution—one capable of supporting high-value transactions with clarity and confidence.

Solution :

We operated fully within an agile framework, integrating designers, product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders throughout every stage of the project. The team was composed entirely of senior professionals, which allowed us to move quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality and strategic alignment.

Challenge :

Our goal was to redesign the end-to-end user experience by creating new flows that significantly reduced cognitive and operational effort for both internal employees and external corporate clients. The challenge was to balance simplicity with the high level of compliance, accuracy, and security required in financial environments—all without compromising productivity.

We operated fully within an agile framework, integrating designers, product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders throughout every stage of the project. The team was composed entirely of senior professionals, which allowed us to move quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality and strategic alignment.

The Product team co-created detailed briefs with the client, outlining business rules, compliance constraints, and the specific usability problems we needed to address. From there, we translated each requirement into clear, structured user flows and interaction patterns.

Collaboration was constant: daily alignment, refinement sessions, and iterative reviews ensured that every solution stayed aligned with user needs, business goals, and regulatory expectations. This cycle minimized rework and accelerated delivery.

Result :

The tight collaboration with the client, combined with continuous iteration at key touchpoints, allowed us to deliver features with minimal waste and maximum velocity. Over the course of the project, I contributed to the design of more than 60 complex user flows—helping shape both the foundation and evolution of the platform.
